Construction is moving along quickly for the grand opening of the Hotel LBI, located in Ship Bottom, scheduled to open Summer 2019. The new hotel will offer 105 luxury hotel rooms and suites, along with a roof top deck and bar, multiple guest lounges, including a large outdoor lounge, and a ballroom for wedding receptions. Additional features include an indoor pool, hot tub, snack bar with access to the outdoor lounge, a fitness center, children’s playroom, and laundry room for hotel guests. Craig Brearley Architects consulted with Dever Architects to design this statement project at the gateway to Long Beach Island, and we are looking forward to its completion.
