Craig W. Brearley, AIA Architect and CWB Architecture is happy to announce the promotion of Sarah Jennings to project manager. Sarah’s new responsibilities include overseeing our technical staff through the development of design and construction documentation for our custom residential and developer clients, maintaining office procedures and standards and scheduling. In addition, her current duties as project architect include developing designs and assisting in client meetings.
Sarah has been a talented and integral member of the CWB Architectural team since 2013. She maintains the same level of quality design and client satisfaction CWB Architecture is known for. Sarah is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelors of Architecture. She is an Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), where she held the office of Treasurer for the Jersey Shore Chapter in 2016. She is also a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. In 2016, Sarah was awarded the Jersey AIA Architect Intern of the Year Award. Sarah volunteers her time as an active member of Habitat for Humanity on the Partner Family Committee.
Craig W. Brearley, AIA Architecture is also pleased to introduce Elizabeth M. Rivera, AIT, Associate AIA, who has joined the CWB Architecture Team as a Project Architect. Elizabeth has 4 years of experience developing design and construction documents for custom residential clients and tenant fit outs for commercial projects. Elizabeth is a graduate of Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, where she received her Master of International Cooperation in Sustainable Emergency Architecture, her Bachelor of Architecture was attained at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. Elizabeth is a local resident who looks forward to working with our clients.
